Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling or moving a booking

You can cancel or move a booking free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. With less than 48 hours' notice we may charge the full price of the visit.

Refunds

If you've paid in advance and cancel with 48 hours' notice, we'll refund you in full within 5 working days.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, for example because of illness, we'll offer you the next available slot or a full refund.
