Before you book
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance for work in customers' homes. Our cleaners are vetted and reference-checked before they work for us.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, everything. If you'd prefer us to use particular products, for example if someone in the house has allergies, tell us and we'll use yours.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most regular customers give us a key or a key-safe code. Keys are logged and kept securely, and only your cleaner has access.
How do I pay?
By card when you book, or by bank transfer for regular customers. You don't pay cash to the cleaner.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
If anything falls short of our standards, we'll make it right at no extra cost. Let us know within 48 hours.
